• From 9:30 to 10:30 → Coordinator brief presentation of the current project status: – Economical aspects. Changes in budget due to absences and changes in T. meetings. Details about special needs, exceptional costs, etc.– Changes in timetable and other changes (transnational meeting). – Web page and social networks uses. Diffusion documents and actions (coordinator actions, and brochures)– Project tools and documents (moodle, reports, minutes…).– Doubts about documents and commitments (project commitments explanation).
• From 10:30 to 10:45 → Coffee break
• From 10:45 to 11:30 → Brief presentation Greek Educational Centres partners.
• From 11.30-12-30 → Intellectual Output 1 presentation (C.E.R.B.) Current actions taken and development of the I.O. 1. Needs from other partners. Next steps. Distributions of responsibilities (translations, feedback, etc.).
• From 12:30 to 13.00 → C.E.R.B. visit tour: building, facilities, etc.
• From 13.00 to 14:00 → Lunch time
• From 14:00-15:00 → Intellectual Output 2 presentation (BQ). Current actions taken and development of the I.O. 1. Needs from other partners. Next steps. Distributions of responsibilities (translations, feedback, etc.)
• From 15:00 to 15:45 → Group discussion about the I.O.1 and I.O 2. in order to arrange details of I.O. 3.
• From 15:45 to 16.00 → Coffee break
• From 16:00 to 17:00 →Summary and questions of the whole day content.

Day 1

• From 9.30 to 10.15 → I.O. 3 preparation. Discuss about the I.O. 3 approach, needs and strategies. First impressions about I.O.1 & 2 and MOOCs use as starting point for the I.O. 3 performance.
• From 10:00 to 10:15 → Coffee break
• From 10:15 to 10:45 → M.E. 1 preparation. Latvian meeting and event details will be discussed.
• From 10:45 to 11.45 → Record a 5-minute interview of a representative from each Greek school partner. Time to discuss in subgroups any other interesting questions.
• From 11:45 to 12.15 → Meeting closing time. Overview and conclusion.
• → Lunch and cultural Athens visit. Enrichment of group links and bonds
